WHAT IN THE WORLD #1: NIGHTWATCHER .  

    Nightwatcher is a member of S.A.F.E. (Special Armed Forces Of Earth, 1992) and is thrown against the villain Yarnak the Cloner, who is capable of making copies of himself at will, amidst the populace of Owen Sound, Ontario.  His mission is to take them all out while dealing with a cache of arms hidden in an abandoned warehouse under the control of the terrorist group, the FACADE!
